Ka-set is a press company founded and directed by an administration council gathering Duong Sokha (newspaper editor), Stéphanie Gée (editor-in-chief),  Laurent Le Gouanvic (co-director) and John Vink (co-director).

The company was granted the Licence Number 228 ព.ម, (dated February 19th, 2008) by the Ministry of Information of the Royal Government of Cambodia.

Certain services and products provided by Ka-set are subject to charges. For all its online transactions, Ka-set chose to use a reliable, internationally approved and recognised external operator: PayPal , one of the main online payment systems, dealing with small and medium industries as well as private individuals.
At no point will Ka-set have access to your bank details. Therefore, Ka-set cannot be held responsible for the possible fraudulent use of your bank details. Any problem related to online payment pertains to the responsibility of the user and PayPal.
